Support Required to Enable Additional Fields in Job Application Grid View

Dear team,

We are facing an issue with the Job Application page. As per the business requirement, we need to modify the view of the Job Application page.

To achieve this, we created a new Grid View using Configure View >> Add. While configuring the grid view, we were able to add most of the required columns. However, certain fields, such as Gender, are not available to be selected.

We observed that some options, including Gender, are not listed under the Field Category when attempting to add them as columns to the Grid View.
