Create Job Requisition ORC Redwood Page - Hiring team Section - Hiring Manager Search / LOV Issue

Summary:

When creating a job requisition, in Hiring team section, users are not showing up in the Hiring Manager drop down.
Users are showing up in the Recruiter drop down.

I have enabled these profile options:
ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED and ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED.

The above issue is resolved when following this documentation:

But, setting the Profile value ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED to 'N' is causing Oracle Search to not work in other HCM pages like Add Assignment.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
