New update in Redwood for Min-Max Planning not having Description Field!

We are trying to enable the new feature "Redwood: Review Min-Max Quantities and PAR Levels Before Updating Current Values" which was released as part of 26A update. After testing this feature and trying some cycles, we couldn't find the column for Item Description. In the columns provided by Oracle also it is missing. Is there a way to bring this as a column?

I will be sharing the screenshot as well for the same. Kindly suggest if we can have an alternative for this.
