I am getting Error response during RestAction on candidate application

Summary

Since 26A when a Manager goes into a candidate application we are getting the "error response during RestAction" pop up. Ive raised SR but not really getting anywhere. I've checked all the role privileges and all looks okay. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?
