Can clicking on Contact number from list page or header layout redirect the user to Teams dialer?

Summary:

I click on Contacts from Redwood Sales, on getting redirected to the list page, when i click on the contact number, it redirects me to log a call page. Similarly, when I click on contact number present on the header layout (on overview page), it redirects me to an error page (page HTML not found). Is it possible to redirect the user to Teams dialer?
