Data in "Evaluated By" section for the performance document.

Summary:

We have a requirement to fetch information regarding manager who actually evaluated the performance document in "evaluate by" section. Currently the data which is getting fetched in that section is the current manager. We need manager information who actually did the evaluation .
For eg: If a manager evaluated the document in 2023 and is no longer the employee’s manager, the former manager should still appear in the “Evaluated By” section for the 2023 document instead of the current manager.
Please assist how can we achieve this. Will it be possible to fetch information regarding manager who "actually" did the evaluation ?
