Pending Worker Not Automatically Cancelled When Job Offer is Cancelled in HR Phase

Summary:

We have observed that when a job offer in the HR phase is cancelled, the associated pending worker relationship is not automatically cancelled as expected.

Historically, this action would also cancel the pending worker record. We are trying to determine whether this behavior is related to configuration changes introduced with the Redwood UI or if it is an expected change with the 26A release.

Are there any configuration settings, profile options, or process changes that should be reviewed to restore the previous behavior? Or is manual cancellation of the pending worker relationship now the expected process when cancelling an offer in the HR phase?
