Journey Advance Instruction Layout Images Displaying/Rendering Issue - Inconsistency

Hello,

We want to check if others are seeing this similar issue in Journey —

When we attached an image in Advanced instructions layout, it works fine at first,displaying the image properly.

But it sometimes error out in like below image square in front and back end, then without any actions taken around some time (~20-30mins the last time we experienced this) the image would be back displaying again for same assignee for some users.

This inconsistent behavior is happening across browsers for some users, from time to time.

We are seeing this issue for two times in same instance now, want to know if anyone is seeing similar issue/might know what is the cause/might know if there is an existing bug? (as there are some other journey image rendering issue post on other pages in customer connect as well, could it be a general bug/system issue?) thank you!
