Costing Values Blacked Out in Redwood for Costing of Payment Source in Redwood UI.

After enabling the Redwood profile option for redesigned payroll pages, the Costing of Payment Source page is no longer editable. When navigating via: Quick Actions → Payroll → Costing of Payment Sources Searching for any Payment Source displays the page, but: All costing values are blacked out Pop‑out costing windows do not open Previously entered costing cannot be reviewed or edited in Redwood.

The same user can view and update costing in Classic UI, so it appears to be Redwood‑specific privilege or component behavior. Please confirm whether additional Redwood privileges are required or if this is a known issue with the redesigned pages.
