VBS rule for goals measurement field not working

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We're facing an issue in rule we applied on goals measurement field, in measurement section we've a field Unit of measure and when value is None – BYR or MBO Scale-based goal we should not see the other two fields i.e. Target Criteria and Target Value and for other values in field Unit of measure  we should see the other two fields.

and here is a catch, we observed that when we select any value in Unit of Measurement field after selecting None we don't see the Target Criteria and Target Value fields eg after selecting None Is select Percent and I should see other two fields but I don't see it and after Percent  I select Number, Currency and then Percent I see other two fields. This is a weird behavior we observed
