We are trying to integrate the AI Agent with a custom page using the Global Function for AI Agent Integration in Oracle Fusion Service. However, the option “CX Service AI Agent: Launch Agent Team UI” is not visible in the list.

Could you please advise what configuration or steps are required to make this option available?
