unable to select the assessment packages post redwood Go-Live

Hi Expert,

We went live with Redwood ORC a few days ago. We are currently experiencing an issue while selecting the packages for screening service. The dropdwon does not display the lookup values while submitting the requisition. We have the partner integration enabled with the active user acount codes. We never experienced any issues in Non Redwood. Any ideas what are missing here?
