Line Manager recieves the Notification regarding the Participant Feedback
Hi Team,
Line Managers received the “Manage Participant Feedback” email notification, as shown in the attached screenshot. The system should not trigger repeated notifications
In the Performance Document configuration, for the Manage Participant Feedback task in the process flow, only the Critical and Standard alerts are enabled. The Repeat flag has not been enabled for this alert.
Could you please help us understand why this notification is triggered by standard and critical alerts? Your assistance in identifying the source of this notification would be greatly appreciated.
