Employee Approval as Final Step and Reject Option in Performance Document Workflow
Hello,
We are currently configuring the Performance Management process in Oracle Fusion HCM using the Performance Document Template.
Our requirement is to have the employee approval as the final step in the performance evaluation workflow. After the manager completes the evaluation and the manager–employee discussion takes place, the employee should review the evaluation and either approve it or reject it.
Specifically, we would like to know the following:
- Is it possible to configure the employee approval as the final step in the performance document process flow in Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management?
- If the employee rejects the evaluation, is it possible to automatically
