We are facing an issue where a Goal Plan has a maximum limit of 5 goals.

Previously created goals were deleted by the user, and they are currently displayed with the status “Goal deleted” in the Goal Plan. However, the system still shows the message “Selected goal plan already has the maximum allowed goals”, and the user is unable to add new goals.

We are not using the Goal Library, and the goals were created directly within the Goal Plan.
