Line managers are not able to see the pending workers hired through ORC

We are facing an issue wherein the pending workers hired through ORC are not visible to the line managers. It does not include any role level issue as after an hour or so we are able to see the workers, however the visibility is inconsistent sometimes we are able to see the pending workers in an hour or so or sometimes it takes a day or two to reflect.
