Candidates not getting an email when they reschedule interview

Summary:

When setting up interviews the candidate is getting all the emails except when they reschedule. Ive checked setup and Im actually a bit confused there is this on the config but is this only when a recruiter reschedules?

If they do it themselves is there any email?
