Multiple CC files with same prefix in SFTP folder

Summary:

If there are multiple files in the SFTP folder with the same prefix, then when the upload card transaction process is run, files get picked in which order? latest first or oldest first?

We will have to run the upload process multiple times to get all files picked up, but I want to understand how will Oracle pick the file? Does it pick randomly or follows a sequence- latest picked first or oldest picked first?
