Unable to see some key features in comparison to Classic UI

We are currently reviewing Redwood UI features in 25D and found the following key features are missing if we compare with Classic UI. Please help to address following o meet the requirement:

1. Defaulting of Incoterms, Payment Terms, and Warehouse following the removal of the Classic line header section, including assessment of the feasibility to replace Classic pre transformation rules with Redwood extensions.

Classic UI has line header as well which is missing in Redwood UI, how we will be able to use some of attribute update default at line level whenever there is any new line created on SO.
