Unable to see Business Unit under control option while creating the Agreement

Summary:

Hello Team,

I faced the same issue when enabled the Redwood in our DEV env (25D). however later the LOV populated, it was not very straight, multiple times I ran the jobs or some Privileges.

Again, we are facing the same issue in the UAT env, which is now on 26A, I have given all's the required Privileges, ran the ess jobs also. like below

ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS	fa-prc-pa	Ran multiple times
ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS	fa-prc-pa-line	Ran multiple times

I have full data access even I can see the BU in non- Redwood forms, however not on the Redwood. Please guide
