Effective As-of Date for Skills and Qualifications Redwood page

Summary:

The Redwood 'Skills and Qualifications' page has moved to My Team > Show More > Career and Performance. On this page, we no longer have access to update 'Rank and Tenure' information for incoming faculty before their assignment is active. We cannot search for employees whose assignment will become active tomorrow or any future date. Seems like we should be able to add the "Effective As-Of Date" as a search parameter for this page as it is missing in the picture below. We have looked in VB Studio and have not found a date field we
