REDWOOD - Recruiters are unable to preview job requisition on external desktop

Summary:

Hello, we recently set up a new recruiting type for a select group of recruiters and while testing, I noticed that they are unable to preview the job requisition as "External - Desktop". The only option they have is "Internal - Desktop". Has anyone seen this before? Does this need to be set up somewhere or does it have something to do with the job?
