We are using Oracle HCM Recruiting Messaging Configuration to set a vanity sender email address (e.g., hello@ourdomain.com).

In this configuration, we only specify the email address, and there is no setup for:

  • Tenant-specific SPF records
  • DKIM configuration

Because no tenant-specific information is provided, we must configure our DNS using Oracle’s shared SPF include:
