Support Required – Unable to Add Referring Agency for Referred Candidate During Interview Scheduling

We are facing an issue with candidates who are referred by an agency.

When a candidate is referred by an agency and progresses in the recruitment process, the Hiring Manager schedules an interview for the candidate. However, during the interview scheduling process, we are unable to add or associate the referring agency details with the candidate record.

As per the business requirement, it is necessary to capture and maintain the referring agency information for tracking, coordination, document verification, visa processing, and other recruitment-related activities. Currently, since the agency cannot be added or associated at this stage, it is creating difficulties in maintaining accurate records and coordinating with the respective agency.
