CDC capabilities of BICC extracts

A few questions about the CDC capabilities of BICC extracts, particularly around how they handle deletions and intraday changes - such as multiple status updates occurring between batch runs. Is it possible for BICC extracts to track these changes, or do they only capture the latest record for each batch.

Can BICC generate extracts to fetch the above CDC informations for the PVOs, If so which documentation we need to refer to create these extracts.
