Candidate has not received User Account creation email and Onboarding Journey task emails

Summary:

The candidate has received the Offer Letter emails, but after accepting the Offer and being moved to HR, but not received the User Account creation email and not received the Onboarding Journey email.

Ran the scheduled process also -

-Send User Name and Password Email Notifications

-Process HR Checklist and Tasks

And the Profile options are also enabled -

-ORA_PER_CHECKLIST_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL

-ORA_PER_USER_ACCOUNT_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL
