Is it possible to get a drop down with coverage range with text instead of the amount

I am currently using coverage range and the amount is chosen by employee from 1*Annual Salary to 5* Annual Salary.

However, instead of the amount, is it possible to get the drop down with the text stating '1*Annual Salary', '2*Annual Salary'..
