The job offer approval is unable to proceed in Redwood.

Summary:

Hello everyone,

We are currently encountering an issue in ORC (Redwood) where the Job Offer approval cannot proceed on the HRBP side. The Transaction Console displays the following message:
“An attribute in the HRBP_EXISTS rule has a null value.”

We have verified that:

  • The approval rule configuration is consistent across all environments
  • The HRBP Area of Responsibility (AOR) is correctly assigned and active
  • The issue occurs only in the Redwood, while other environments/functions behave as expected

Has anyone experienced a similar issue in Redwood, or can advise on what additional configuration or data point we should validate for the
