On the performance template self evaluation page is it possible to remove the tiles and add new tile

On the performance template self evaluation page is it possible to remove the tiles and add new tile.

On the top of the page there is a tile for 'Update your goals' can this be moved to the bottom of the page. Also we want to remove the 'Review your competencies 'tile is that possible to do.

There is another ask from client to add a new tile which should have a link to a page with details for performance evaluation. Is it possible to add a new tile on this page?

Has anyone made changes to this page for the tiles which are appearing, if yes please share how to do these changes.
