Why is the Talent Pools page very slow in Redwood?

Summary:

Talent Pools in Redwood is VERY slow. Whenever you go to the page, it takes a long time for the list of values to display. The page refreshes after clicking the "Set as Inactive" in actions and takes a long time to reload to the values. The same thing happens when creating a new talent pool. Is there something I can do to resolve this?
