Looking for an option to bring in Compensation data into Year end Performance Review Document

We have a requirement from client where they would want to display some of the compensation data like current salary, compensation ration and calculated increase of respective employees, while employees acknowledge the performance document. So this is required to be mapped at acknowledgement task while employees review the final documents with ratings / comments and submit the same.

It is expected to have a static compensation data (data as on the date employees acknowledge the document) in the document, which would help employees see the same data in future also.
