Unable to load Participant Enrollment data for terminated employees

We have a requirement to load participant enrollment data for certain terminated employees as part of a data conversion life event. The client requires this information to be loaded for audit and historical tracking purposes.
A conversion life event was created with an effective date of 01‑Jan‑2026. However, when attempting to load enrollment data for an employee who was terminated on 01‑Feb‑2026, the system throws an error which is given below.
