How to Configure 'Rate Start Date' as previous pay period start date

Hi All,

We have the requirement where the element entry start date should be 1st day of previous pay period for life event enrollments.

Payroll - US Biweekly Payroll

For example:

Below are the Pay periods
14th June 2025- 27th Jun 2026

28- Jun 20206- 11th Jun 2026

The event occurred date is 1st July. For this the rate must have start date(element entry start date ) as 14th Jun, other than using FF, do we have any existing option in rate start date that can be used to achieve this.
