formula can't be run because it isn't compiled

I'm having strange problems with FF.

1- Sometimes when compiling, the following error occurs:

"A system error occurred. The following Oracle error occurred for table FF_FDI_USAGES: -1. Contact your help desk."

NOTE: In this case, I managed to solve it by recompiling, even without changing anything in the formula.

2- Sometimes the formula compiles, but when trying to run it in Self-Service, the following error occurs:

"The FORMULA_NAME formula can't be run because it isn't compiled. A formula must be compiled before it can be run."

- I tried compiling several times (sometimes this fixes the problem)

- I tried compiling through "My Client Group --> Payroll --> (Flow Submission and Results) Submit a Flow --> Compile Formulas"
