Issue with Performance Feedback Participant – No Notification / Stuck in “Awaiting Reply”
Summary
Within a Performance document, the customer wants to include a Feedback Participant.
The role is included in:
- The Performance template
- The Process Flow
However, when the worker requests feedback from this participant:
- The feedback request remains in “Awaiting Reply” status
- The selected participant does not receive any notification (neither Bell notification nor email)
Notifications are enabled in BPM, and other Performance‑related notifications (for example, Performance Task assigned/completed) are working as expected.
Users involved are assigned seeded roles.
Expected Behavior
- The feedback participant (Matrix Manager) should receive a notification
- The participant should be able to access the task and provide feedback
