Ability to Restrict Job Code List for Hiring Managers in Offer Flow

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We’re exploring options to better control the job codes (Jobs) available to hiring managers during the offer creation process in Oracle Recruiting.

We would like hiring managers to be able to select from a defined subset of job codes that we have identified as appropriate for their role or business area. Is there a creative way to achieve this through security, business rules, etc?
