Performance Document - Share Document step unable to see comment box

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue on the manager's step of "Share Document" on a Performance Document (not in Redwood).

Last year, when a manager clicked the “Share and Release” button in the performance document while sharing it with an employee, a page with the same name as the button appeared, featuring a box that allowed the manager to enter a comment.

We tested the performance process this year, but this box no longer appears. In fact, now, when the manager selects the “Share and Release” button, the document moves directly to the next phase.

What could be the reason for the absence of this box?
