Send Onboarding Journey for Temp to Perm Hires

Our onboarding checklist is triggered by "Add pending worker" action. But when we hire our contingent workers as permanent employees, they dont receive it because they are hired with the different action: "Add Employee Work Relationship".

Can I use this action as a trigger for the onboarding checklist? I’m concerned it isn’t limited to temp to perm hires, and the onboarding journey may be sent in other cases I’m not aware of.
