Sales Order Lines information is not visible in Redwood all of sudden

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have followed the setups as per "Redwood: Search and Apply Actions on Multiple Sales Orders" and "Redwood: Create and Manage Sales Orders" and all of sudden, the Sales Order Lines tab is not showing up any records.

Enabled all required Opt-ins, successfully completed all ESS jobs and successfully ran Indexing for Sales Orders, Sales Order Lines and Items
