Clarifications Required on Fusion Attachment Flow Post 26A Update

Hi Team,

Regarding the Fusion Attachment flow after the 26A update, we have a few clarifications.

Below is our current understanding:

  1. When an attachment is added in a Fusion Service Work Order, it is stored in the child attachment object.
  2. If a property of type “Fusion Attachment” is created and displayed in Field Service, on screen load the application makes a GET API call to the Fusion attachment child object to fetch and display the file details on screen.
  3. When an image is attached from the Field Service mobile application, a POST API call is made to the attachment child object to upload the file.
