Smarter Insights at a Glance with the Customer Summary Panel on Sales Accounts - 26A Updates

Impact Summary

Starting with the 26A release of Redwood Sales, a Customer Summary panel will now appear by default on the Account landing page (the "Account Foldout") for:

• Customers enabling Redwood Sales for the first time, or
• Existing customers using the default Account Foldout layout.

Customers who manage custom account layouts will not be affected by this change.

What's changing and why it matters

Browsing and interpreting data across active accounts can often be time-consuming. The Customer Summary panel, positioned at the very top of the Account page, solves this challenge by surfacing key metrics and actionable insights in a clean, card-based design.
