Our company (Canada based) is looking to configure a journey to send updated agreements to a select group of employees. Stakeholders are concerned that the Oracle signature has a lower level of tamper proofing compared to DocuSign.

Are there additional solutions to secure the ESigned PDF outside of Document Records security and audit trails.

Any recommendations to ensure employment agreements are meeting legal requirements and are enforceable in Canada.
