Where to enable notifications for Worker when someone recommend a role

Summary:

In the responsive UI, we used to have Explore careers under Career Development>Career outlook. In the Redwood UI, we understand it is changed as Opportunity market place and Career role option when user can explore roles.

When exploring the career roles, we see option of recommend. Earlier also Manager can suggest roles to Employee.

Now if manager is recommending a role using this option, role getting added to Employee>Recommended roles section but there is no notification to Employee.

We observed that , using the Recommend button anyone recommend role to anyone in the organization. There is no notification after recommendation and other person can't see who recommended.
