Redwood pages freezes upon clicking continue while creating job requisitions or job offers

Redwood pages are consistently freezes while clicking on continue button.

Either on create job requisition page or on job offer page, we are consistently facing issues with the page performance. As the screens seen consistently freezes on hiring team sections mostly. However we have took a workaround on this at a temporary stage, but this cannot encouraged by the customers.

We require a proper validation on the issue cause, so that it shouldn't be continued further.
