Redwood Prescreening Questions Dropdown Tables Customization

Summary:

Is is possible to customization the prescreening question dropdown table as well as the table that is presented under the question with the response?

What we would like to do is hide the Question Code and Folder columns from the dropdown in the first screenshot and then hide the Response Code column from the table in the second screenshot as our users do not require this information. Essentially we are just looking to simply the tables and the data which is made visible.

Please let me know if this is possible and, if so, how to complete the changes?
