Not able to extend the Supplier Portal Redwood Pages (Fragments) similar to Supplier Registration

Hello Experts!

We’re unable to extend the Supplier Portal Redwood pages in Oracle VB Studio, as the same way we can extend the Supplier Registration pages. Specifically, when we access the Business Classification fragment, it should ideally allow us to add a new section so that we can later include fields like Input Text or Text Area. However, VB Studio is not allowing us to add a new section at all.

Our Requirement is to add some instruction text for the Supplier User in the Business Classification screen to follow the instructions while adding the Business Classification.
