Drop ship PO created from SO - Duplicate POs created after running the generate Orders Job

Summary:

After running the 'Generate Orders' we see duplicate entries of the POs on RSSP, however on ADF form it showing the singe only, as expected. We faced this issue earlier and we ran following job and then only the data showing single PO on RSSP, however again we see the same issue happening, is this we have to run thsi again and again, I believe that is not correct?
