Manager schedules a 'Review meeting' for a future date in Performance Document

Please help us investigate this system behavior, as it directly impacts the current process of the Performance Document Task which we have enabled the 'Create meeting invite' in Performance process flow.

When a manager schedules a review meeting for a future dated which the calendar meeting invite will be send to Employee, the system automatically marks the task as 'Completed' and moves the task to Employee Final Feedback task. This shouldn't be the case because the 'Review meeting' has not yet taken. The workflow should not advance to the next step until the Manager has confirmed that the review meeting has been conducted.
