Hide budget visibility fields in Redwood Individual Compensation page

Summary:

We have a requirement to hide the budget display from managers’ view in the Redwood Individual Compensation page. When a manager is assigning individual compensation to direct reports, they should not be able to see Budget Percentage Available and Available Budget while processing ICP. Screenshot attached.

Navigation: My Teams > Quick Actions (Show more) > Individial Compensation

Is there a supported setup or Redwood/VBCS approach to hide these fields only for managers without impacting the transaction?
