Personalizations in salary history page will only reflect in add salary but not in edit salary

Summary:

Personalizations in salary history page will only reflect in add salary(when we click on +) but not in edit salary(when we click on pencil icon besides current salary). and we don't have an configure fields and regions in edit/create salary history VBCS page to customize the page.

We have requirement to make fields read only that no one should edit the salary and submit the changes. How to achieve this requirement
